What It’s All About: On June 21 skateboarders around the globe will celebrate the pure exhilaration, creativity, and spirit of one of the most infuential activities in the world by blowing off all other obligations to go skateboarding. OK, most skateboarders do this every day of their lives, but this is just one more reason to blow off your television/computer/video games and go skateboarding!

Skateboarders everywhere will show their love and support for skateboarding by holding fundraisers, contests, protests nad demos. They’ll skate across cities, gather in skateparks, stream into their local skate shop and some will even revel in the solitary act of skateboarding alone at their favorite spot, all bringing together the skateboarding community in the grind heard around the world.

Woody's Skate Shop

Woody's Surf and Skate shop in Rio Grande NJ... Hooked it up last week with a nice stack of broken decks!!! If you're in the South Jersey area and looking for a new skateboard make sure to stop by Woody's (look at the sk8 wall) they have a ton of decks and everything else you need. Dont wear all brown to my house!

How can I run a business with a Boston. Seriously! It's hard enough to get anything done with my son (19months) who gets into everything and is living up to his middle name (hurricane). I was up till 2am finishing up a couple orders and packing these boxes I needed to ship out to some accounts. Next day the UPS truck pulls in my drive way and Kona (my boston) really really doesn't like the UPS truck or man. So he decided to take it out on my nicely packed boxes since he couldn't destroy the box on the porch the UPS man left. This dog is crazy in the head but I love him.

Surfer Supplies in Ocean City

Make sure if your in the Ocean City NJ area to spot bye Surfers Supplies on the corner 31st street Asbury Ave!!! Great store with alot of cute clothes. Seven Ply is one of the first things you see in the junior section. Support shops that support Seven Ply!!! Go shopping...

Old news but still mental!

Check out this home footy I found of Danny Way blasting over the Great Wall of China... with the camera pulled back you can really see how gnarly of a gap this was plus watch how high he goes on the quaterpipe...He is nuts!!!

Here is a quick video of a what can happen any moment when skating. Simple lip slide gone bad.. i guess if could have been worst if you've seen what can happen on those rails!!! That deck was mostly likely trashed and is rotting away. Send it to Seven Ply and I'll give it life again.

Back from a long road trip!

I haven't had the time to keep the Blog updated recently since I've been traveling with my husband and working hard at keeping the Seven Ply inventory up. We went through the Carolina's for a while stopping at our friends house in Atlantic Beach, NC then driving to Myrtle Beach for a bit visiting my husbands family. The trip was great and we will be opening up more Seven Ply accounts down there very soon. We did open up a cool shop in MB called RANDOM they have two store one there and in IL. Also BEACHTOWN in Isle of Palm SC will be selling Seven Ply so make sure if your in the area to stop bye. I'll be updating the Blog more now so keep posted.
